In the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, Findzuu reserves the right to limit or terminate your access or usage rights to the Platform immediately or remove non-compliant information, or both, as the case may be, in accordance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and amendments thereof. By using the Findzuu Platform and accessing our Services, you indicate your understanding and agreement to be bound by the Terms stated herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Platform or the Services.

I. ACCEPTANCE

Findzuu is a platform that connects buyers and sellers across various categories, including but not limited to car accessories, second-hand cars, mobile phones, electronics, and home appliances. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Additionally, when using any portion of the Service, you agree to conform to all applicable guidelines, which may change or be updated from time to time at Findzuu’s sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guideline, or any subsequent changes, or become unhappy with Findzuu or the Service in any way, your only choice is to immediately discontinue the use of Findzuu.

II. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND CONTENT POLICY

Findzuu operates as an intermediary platform, providing a marketplace for users to list, advertise, and discover products and services. We do not own or manage the listings and are not a party to any interactions or contracts between sellers and buyers.

You acknowledge that Findzuu does not control, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, authenticity, or legality of listings, advertisements, or user-generated content. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the authenticity of any product, service, or transaction before proceeding.

III. GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR LISTINGS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

A. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR LISTINGS/ADVERTISEMENTS

• Accuracy and Authenticity: Listers must ensure that all descriptions, photographs, and other information provided in listings are accurate and authentic.
• Ownership and Rights: Listers must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to list and sell the products or services advertised.
• Prohibited Items: Listings must comply with applicable laws and must not include prohibited or restricted items.

B. GUIDELINES FOR BUYERS

• Verification: Buyers are encouraged to independently verify the authenticity of listings, including ownership, condition, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Personal Inspection: Buyers should personally inspect products or services before making a purchase.
• Documentation: Buyers should ensure that all necessary documentation (e.g., ownership deeds, registration papers, etc.) is provided by the seller.

IV. CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or manipulate the Platform.

V. PAID SERVICES

Findzuu may offer Paid Services, such as featured listings or promotional tools, to enhance the visibility of your listings. Payment for these services must be made through approved payment gateways. Refunds or cancellations are subject to Findzuu’s policies.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Findzuu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Findzuu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from transactions, user interactions, or third-party links.

VIII. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Findzuu collects and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
